Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. She became the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up where she previously left off competing in top competitions such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, setting bigger goals each year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro was held at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. They placed her third at the event. In June of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high about her position. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with machines, along with bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the exercise. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her back exercises. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
